After I blogged about the customer service Havaianas Philippines created for the replacement of Havainas suspected to have high lead content, my blog readers went to inquire and were disgusted about the slow service.
Since I was the one they got information from I contacted the Havainas Philippines PR and told them about the complaints and immediately made huge changes that is customer friendly.
It’s so great to be able to help people even in my own little way.

Naku Pehpot I think it’s better na magsuot ka ng mga open shoes para mabawasan ang sweating kasi pag close mas lalong magsweat eh.
Sana nga masettle na at mapalitan na lahat ng mga Havis na suspected to have high lead content.

๐ Ok Badet update nalang sis para mapalitan ang mga Havianas pero try mo narin tumawag baka nagbago na procedure nila.
Earth, yung sa akin naman, I called them up last week. And the customer service said that they will call me again this week for pick-up of my flip flops. I’m still waiting for their update and I hope they act with this matter immedately. ๐
