The opening of classes is just a week away and as always it’s the same time the rainy season here in the Philippines is up. It’s kinda odd why our legislators back then decided to start the opening of classes during rainy season. It’s more odd that people don’t want to move the school opening to a more convenient time for everyone. I guess old habits are hard to get rid off.

Anyway, when there is rain there will always be flood and muddy streets whether we like it or not. Most of our countrymen would rather wear their slippers or walk barefooted under the muddy dirty flood water. Then later on complain that their feet are stinky or itchy and some would complain of rashes and irritation.
