Tanning vs. Whitening

Well will you look at that.  While people here in the Philippines rave so much about glutatione and other whitening treatments, the people in the United States, U.K., Canada and other Western countries are willing to pay hundreds of dollars just to get the perfectly tanned skin that we are usually born with.

remember this woman from a wedding my hunny attended recently.  He was criticizing this woman who seems to be so attached to tanning machines.  I assume this woman probably found a spa/salon that offers free tanning when you avail of any nail treatment like West Palm Beach Salons.  It looks like nail treatments are more expensive than tanning in there.

Imagine in the states they offer tanning services in their spas, here in the Philippines we offer whitening treatments. Isn’t that funny?  I guess this just shows how people are never really satisfied with what they already have.

Did you also know that anyone operating a tanning machine or is offering tanning services needs to procure a license in the U.S.?   Anyway, KM Body Boutique has all the license to operate a spa legally.  Aside from tanning services they also offer provide Nails, Waxing, Facials, Make-up Applications, Reflexology, & much more.

  1. I think it’s really very easy for me to get darker than whiter. I almost tried all the whitening products but to no effect unless I would be making a bleaching treatment perhaps on a well known center..

  2. Keep up the nice work! Look forward to reading more from you in the future. I think it will be also nice if you add “send to email” tool so people can forward the articles to their friends easily.
