Gorgeous Finds: Fanny Serrano Cosmetics Two Way Cake Review

I’ve been meaning to write this review for the longest time but find myself too occupied with other things.  Anyway, now that I declared myself on a blog events sabbatical starting yesterday, I decided its time to write the review about the Fanny Serrano Cosmetics Two Way Cake Foundation.

Fanny Serrano is a well-known Philippine make-up artist of the brightest of the brightest stars in the Philippine showbiz, he is well known for doing the make-up of Lorna Tolentino and Maricel Soriano just to name a few.  When he introduced his make-up line a few years ago I was the one who was excited by it.    I was excited because its a make-up made by a Filipino for Filipina women.

I’ve been trying different types of make-up brand especially the popular and branded ones but weird as I am,  my skin reacts violently to imported branded make-up line.  One actually burned my lips.  After that I decided no imported make-up for me.  Maybe because the chemicals are too strong for my skin and doesn’t match my skin type.

I’ve been using Fanny Serrano Cosmetics Two Way Cake in Chino since July last year and I am very much satisfied with it.

I love how even and flawless my skin looks like after using it.   It doesn’t look cakey and gives an awesome coverage for the skin.  It so matches my skin tone making it appear that I have very smooth skin.   I believe a good make-up is something that looks natural and polished and this one works like a charm!

You can use the two way cake foundation dry or wet by.  However you use it you don’t need to go to the ladies room and powder your nose for a retouch because you look oily.

The Fanny Serrano’s Two Way Cake foundation cost a little over  Php350.00 each and last for two months, depending on how often you go out and get dolled-up!
