VHM Hypoallergenics Eye Oh My! Eye Colour Trio Review

I believe our eyes is the best part to play with and accentuate with makeup.  You can create different looks all you have to do is invest on different colors and shades for the eyes.  I found this newly purchased never been used VMV Hypoallergenics Eye Oh My! Eye Colour Trio at my sisters luggage and I was itching to try it out.

She got this VMV Hypoallergenics Eye Oh My! Eye Colour Trio (Cocktail Hour) from her stop over in Singapore for SG$30 (about Php1,000).

What I think about it?

Packaging

Package comes with a white leather case and comes with three different eye makeup brushes in a cellophane.  The leather case looks nice but the problem is it doesn’t have any case/ container for the makeup brushes.

Pigment

The Cocktail Hour comes in three different shades that are very neural and classy — dirty martini, velvet and slip. Dirty martini is a shimmery light green/minty color, the velvet kinda looks chocolate brown, and the slip has a light shimmery peach color.

Brushes

The brushes that came along with it have very soft bristles, the problem is they shed off easily. It doesn’t really pick the makeup that well so I suggest you use a different eye shadow brush instead.

Do I recommend this?

If you like neutral colors and  have sensitive skin this is not a bad purchase since VMV is proven to make hypoallergenic products.  But if you like more pigment and bold colors there are other better eyeshadow available in the market today. This palette is also perfect for those who like a very natural look.
