Ofra Cosmetics Lip Color Sampler Palette Review

I’m not a fan of lip color palette.  To me they are not user friendly and not for someone who is always on the go.   I mean you need have a lipstick brush with you to be able to use it unlike the regular lipstick, just swipe and go.  That is why it took me awhile to sit down and play with this lip color sampler palette from Ofra Cosmetics that came with my 1st Glamourbox when they started.

I can’t find any LOL! All I know is that it has 8 lip colour shades probably representing the lipstick shades available in full sizes at Ofra Cosmetics.

That little white one on the left corner is a lip gloss/balm probably there to make the other lip colour glide smoother.

What I think of it?

• At the moment I am not in love with the shades as they are too dark for me. It is very 1990’s when the brown and dark lipstick shades are in.
• I think those with fair or light complexion will love the lip shades especially if they are going for the nude/barely there look.
• The lip colors are very sticky and thick. It doesn’t glide on the lips well so you definitely need a lip gloss/balm to make it glide on the lips easier.
• I love the packaging though it is very compact and comes with its own mirror and lip brush
• Makeup artist will love this palette as the shades especially the dark ones with shimmer/glitter effect will look good on editorial fashion photoshoots or on the runway especially if the model is wearing an Avante Garde effect outfit or some bodyfit dark dresses!

Do I recommend this?
For daily wear I don’t but for makeup artist I recommend them this one.
