Shakey’s Online Food Delivery

Ordering Online: Was very easy and convenient. As soon as you decided you want to order you will have an option if you want it delivered to your home or at a friends place! Nice. There is also an option to pay cash upon delivery, through credit card or via Paypal! Yes!
Food Options: Everything is available online.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an email order confirmation in a couple minutes after placing your orders. You will get a phone call instead of a text message confirming your orders. (Which should have been text message instead since there was a reason you didn’t call to order and ordered online instead).
Food Delivery: Was prompt and efficient. They came at the time I told them to come. I place the order the night before and told them to deliver the next time at 11:30. They were on the dot! Amazing.
Food Handling: Food was in good condition. I also love that there was no plastic wrappers involved in the delivery and no masking tapes or styro aside from the gravy container . I love that they use biodegradable materials for everything. Other’s should follow suit.
Delivery charge: none but there is a web admin fee of almost Php25.00 and a transaction fee of Php15.00
Comments: I love the fact that there’s option to pay via credit card or Paypal. Other’s should also have more payment options.
It was nice to have an option to order food online, this will benefit those who can’t talk on phone but wants food delivered right at their doorstep. McDonald’s, Chowking and Shakey’s got strengths and weaknesses when it comes to the online food delivery system but since the system is new they have room for improvements.
With this post I hope to get my suggestions out in the open for the above mentioned companies and also to inform my readers that this system is now available! Yeah!

maybe u should refresh ur browser? kasi i got the confirmation email when I ordered
