What I think about it?

  • Packaging looks so cute I love the size and the weave patterns.
  • Color combination of each palette looks great.
  • My problem is the color isn’t that tinted when applied, I probably need a good primer to keep the colors last and I need more practice with the application!
  • The color faded during the day and I think I needed to retouch at a time
  • I tried wet application the color looks more vivid when applied but still the fading issue.
  • Shades are not that very shimmery the flash in the camera just made it appear so.
I have no idea how much a palette cost yet here in Manila as it is fairly new but in the states its sold at $8.99.
Do I recommend this?
If you are going out for a dinner or movie date this will carry you through.  But if you are going for a long event or party, will be exposed to light and heat then I suggest you find something else.  Honestly, there are more better eye shadow palettes from Revlon than this one the fading and the not so tinted color is what disappoints me.  If you like to collect makeup from Revlon then don’t forget to pick a shade or two, I love the Rich Temptation the most.  It comes in 4 other shades Smokey Sexy, Naturally Glamorous, Party Pops and Sweet Innocence.
The metallic chic palette is very me though very bold and daring. So I finished off my look with an all Revlon make up:
Eyes:
  • Revlon Custom Eyes Shadow Palette Metallic Chic
  • Revlon Color Stay Liquid Eyeliner Black
  • Revlon Custom Eyes Mascara Blackened Brown
Cheeks:
  • Revlon Matte Powder Blush Blushing Berry
Face
  • Revlon Photo Ready Medium Beige
Lips:
  • Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick Creme (Coral Berry and Primrose)
  • Revlon Color Burst Lipgloss (Sunset Peach & Papaya)
