Makeup Forever introduced today their Fluo Night Pigment Lumiere Noir Black Light Pigment Pro Only powder. It literally glows in the dark especially when exposed to UV lights. Its sold at $31.00 at the Makeup Forever US site but not yet sold at the Philippines site. So if you want to try it out better order now, have it shipped to a friend or relative in the US and have it shipped back to you, or you can wait until it gets here.
