Penshoppe Color Hydradiance Eye Pencils Review

When I was not that experimental with makeup, I am good to go with a lipgloss, face powder and pencil eye liner. It was only just recently that I now use more lipstick, cream or liquid foundation and gel or liquid eye liner.

What I think about it Its a perfect eye liner pencil for the water line area becausr the pencil is aoft and smooth and well tinted
The problem with it is the color creases and runs a lot so theres a tendency to get the punched zombie look while wearing it.

Do I recommend it?
For those who don’t mind the washed off eye liner look then this one is for you. I will use it for the lower lash water line area but not on the eyelids, I will prefer a liquid or gel eye liner for that area.

The Penshoppe Color Hydradiance Eye Pencil retails not higher than Php100.00 I think. Honesly O’m not sure of the price as it was a gift. But I remember their makeup line are sold at reasonable and affordable prices.

Have you tried the new and.improved makeup line of Penshoppe yet? What do you think?

Stay gorgeous everyone!
