OOTD: My Kind Of Monday

If you live in the City all your life, you are used to the noise, the pollution, and the rush happening anywhere you turn. It’s like everyone is rushing to get more things done at once that they hardly can keep up with it.

It was my first time after a decade or more to experience the Monday morning rush in EDSA and I was super shocked. It was the worst traffic jam I’ve experienced in years. I was also surprised to see the longest line to ride the MRT! The line extends up to 100 meters away from the stairs/ escalator, it was crazy!

I did not expect traffic and volume of people to be that bad so I’m ashamed to admit I was late for “work”. But I’m glad I’ not the typical employee and that work involves escaping the crazy Metro Manila on a Monday as we are headed to Tagaytay to relax and enjoy good food and pampering sesh! Yes, that’s my kind of work and my kind of Monday.

Tassle Pendant: ForMe
Mondays at Tagaytay

Where did I go?
Stop 1: Lunch at Bag of Beans where I had a Beef Steak and Frozen Bluberry Cheesecake! Yummers
Stop 2: Nurture Spa Village where I had a detoxifying facial and massage and had their traditional Suman with Mangga and Hot Chocolate!

We went there to see the venue of the upcoming vacation residential condominium in the Tagaytay City that is cut above the rest!

How about you, what is your kind of Monday?

Stay gorgeous everyone!
