Paula’s Choice Philippines Launch

It looks like the Philippine market is appealing to the world as another US skincare brand decided to come to the country and be a part of every Filipino beauty routine.  Now invading the Philippine shores is Paula’s Choice by Paula Began  a skin care brand that started in 1995 and is present and loved in 53 countries worldwide.

Paula Begoun has spent the last 25 years studying, scrutinizing, testing, and critiquing thousands upon thousands of skin-care formulations and makeup products that’s why she is more known to be as the Cosmetic Cop.

At Paula’s Choice Philippines Launch they showed beauty and lifestyle bloggers in Manila why we should give at their products a try.  A simple demo/ experiment was done so we can see how some of their best selling products work.

First was the Resist C15 Superbooster with 15% Vitamin C and Vitamin E above everything else that promises to make skin look younger because of all it’s anti-aging ingredients.

An apple that’s been cut the night before the event is already showing signs of darkness because of oxidation. After applying it with the Resist C15 Superbooster, the darkness and oxidation was lessened. Impressive! I want that! Above anything else I believe in the power of Vitamin C and Vitamin E for the skin!

Another product we experimented on was the Shine Stopper Instant Matte Finish. We applied olive oil on the back of both hands of Julia then to show us how shine stopper works we applied the product on the other hand. And just like that the oiliness went away like magic! This is one of my must-have products from Paula’s Choice and definitely highly recommended! I hope they have full sizes!

I’m looking forward to trying out their AHA/BHA line as well as most of their Resist Anti-Aging System. They also have their all natural product line from Earth Sourced line and the Clear line for acne and blemish problems and soon within the year, their makeup line will also be here in the Philippines! I’m looking forward to that.

It was definitely a fun event that started with choosing which table we would like to be on according to our food menu choices. There’s Chinese, Cookies and Ice Cream and Apple and Banana.

My sweet tooth of course said I should sit in the Cookies and Ice cream table but since there were only a few sitting there I sat with the Chinese people lol! But then at the end of it all we can eat anything we want! Wonderful!

Tell me who could resist a cookie as big as my face and this yummy yummy New Zealand Natural Ice Cream that is oh so delish! Promise!

I’ve tried the products they gave us and happy that a pack of Shine Stopper was included and I’m super duper happy and impressed with it. So, the three Paula’s Choice products on my wishlist right now is the Skin Perfecting BHA Liquid, the Resist C15 Super Booster and a full size of the Shine Stopper. Dear Santa, hear me haha!
