The title says it all. MAKE UP FOR EVER joined the worldwide contest for makeup artists and enthusiast around the world wherein the winners per country and receivd one week of training at the prestigious ACADEMY in Paris.
This in celebration of Make Up For Ever’s 30th years. To mark the occasion, it will honor the professional makeup artists and the makeup addicts who have built its reputation with an international makeup contest.
The contest started March 27 until April 25, 2014, where both professional and amateur makeup artists can submit their creative and original makeup video on the contest website:www.makeupforever.com/30yearsanniversary.
Professional makeup artists will have the challenge of creating an iconic character on a model and explaining the story behind it, while makeup addicts will turn themselves into a pop star or glam rock star!
As the brand’s founding pillar, education is the main focus of the contest. It is important for participants to be instructive, by sharing their techniques and explaining the different steps taken to achieve the look.
MAKE UP FOR EVER’s social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Sina-Weibo, Pinterest, Instagram and Google+) will be updated with all the latest contest news, so that anyone can follow its progress.

Between May 26 and May 28, an international jury of experts – made up of five makeup professionals with MAKE UP FOR EVER’s Creator and Artistic Director Dany Sanz acting as president – will select the 20 best videos (10 professional makeup artists and 10 makeup addicts). The winners will be announced on June 4, 2014 on the brand’s websitewww.makeupforever.com.

MAKE UP FOR EVER will award the international contest’s 20 big winners a memorable trip to Paris in July 2014 for one week of training at the ACADEMY, renowned as one of the leading makeup training centers by professionals worldwide.
The professional makeup artists will have the chance to develop their body painting techniques alongside the best teachers, while makeup addicts will be able to practice and improve the skills of their passion with an intensive makeup training program that will wrap up with a course given by Dany Sanz herself.
This contest strengthens the interaction with the community of makeup artists, once again demonstrating the spirit of a “tribe” united by a passion for makeup, and continues the MAKE UP FOR EVER adventure in the four corners of the world.
