XmasParty 2014 Series: Sample Room at Maria Luisa

One of the blogger groups/niches that I am lucky to be part of is the group of solid beauty bloggers in Metro Manila. This group is super solid that when it comes to beauty events and big beauty brands this group is surely the one to be tapped and attend and no gatecrasher can intrude. Why? Coz we all know each other and the brands know all of us were like a big extended family and group of friends. Our relationship is that tight that Sample Room got almost all of us a Partner Blogger if not part of the Blogger Circle. Thanks to Sophie Uy of then Beautynomic blog who really does know the economics of beauty! She is one of the brainchild/founders of Sample Room Philippines.

This will be the Sample Room family 2nd Christmas Party and the 2nd year of Sample Room! The party was held at Maria Luisa (Garden Cenrer) in Makati, a very quaint and dainty resto cafe located at the heart of Makati City (Ayala cor. EDSA). It is exclusive to members only!

I love the furnishings and interiors it reminds me of a country home.

Or a pretty French resto where you can sit and have tea party with friends.

Or me time to have Sangria or Wine and Cheese whatever suits your mood

Or a date with the BF or husband if he doesn’t mind a dainty place like this with good food and a quiet ambiance.

It was the perfect venue for the Sample Room party, it matches thr kikayness of the partner bloggers. You know us girls we like pretty things and this place was screeming with beauty all over! There’s a beautiful garden outsiee but since it was nightime when we got there I don’t have pictures.

The food was good while waiting for others to arrive we had some canapes and non-alcoholic drinks. Most of them ladies are gonna drive so no alcohol for them!

The thing you don’t know about beauty bloggers is they love to eat as much as they love makeup and other beauty stuff! So yes here we are all together at the buffet table!

A simple awarding for the blogger who never fails to post about everythong SampleRoom send us was given and yes you guess it right it was Rowena Wendy Lei. I forgot what Nikki Tiu won but she won something I think about Instagraming haha!

And yes we talk about makeup, well they do and I just listen. These girls know their makeup, me I just use what works for me hahaha!
