Yesterday was the semi-relaunch of the James Cooper makeup brand to Jazzy France with the Dame de Coeur Collection line as their banner product.
Dame de Coeur is basically a lip and cheek tint in a funky smear-proof packaging perfect to dump in our giant purses or makeup kit without having to worry of it spilling, smearing all over our things.
