Since it was launched in 2008, Earth Hour was celebrated 7 times. That’s a total of 7 hours!
Earth is 4.54 Billion years old. That amounts to over more than 39.796 trillion (39,796,732,000,000 hours to be exact)
Which means we only dedicated one over 5.865 trillion (5,865,247,428,571 to be exact) of the planets time to conserve resources.
Truly, 1 hour is not enough, #GoBeyondTheHour!

This year, Earth Hour Philippines will celebrate the ‘Gift of Light’ by providing solar lamps to light up off-grid island communities in the country. The Gift of Light project’s initial beneficiaries will be from the island of Palawan.

There are other ways to help by Donating Bancas to help Typhoon Yolanda Survivors or be a Monthly Donor or purchase exclusive WWF merchandise to support WWF causes at http://wwf.org.ph/giftcenter/
