I think so.
All of us are visual creatures, our attention are immediately caught on something attractive. Personally, when I meet a person and started talking to them, the first thing I notice is the eyes. It is so nice to look at people with nice long lashes or well drawn eyebrows and yeah colored eyes. I can’t stop looking at them.
