Minimal not Minimalist #IpanemawithStarck

When you look at something with very simple design to almost none, say, a canvass with just a small line just diagonal at the lower left side, how would you discribe it? Phillippe Starck a world renowed French designer known for revolutionizin the manual juicer and pepper mill to be displayed rather than kept in a drawer (his Juicy Salif is now 25 years old!) , says his designs are minimal not minimalist, meaning he likes creating democartic designs with the purpose of increasing quality products available for the maximum number of people.

For its Spring/Summer 2016 collection Ipanema launched its collaboration with Starck, a collection with four distinct lifestyle designs in 12 colors each. The design bear Starck’s signature minimal and organic style.
