If This is A Cure For Wellness I Don’t Want to be Treated

A Cure for Wellness

Last night I went to see the advanced screening of A Cure for Wellness.    A red-filled R-rated (R-16) Valentine’s date movie staring  Dane DeHaan (I remember him in the Amazing Spiderman with Andrew Garfield as the Green Goblin).  I felt like I just had all my worst nightmares put together in one movie  It was terrifying.

This move gave me the kind of scare that can’t be found in any gory , shock and awe type of horror films.  This one has little blood and kill scenes showing innards and stuff .  But it was scary as hell because it played on emotions especially your biggest fears.

A Cure for Wellness

The length of the movie plust the pacing will torture you with the buildup of the psychological thriller unfolding right in front of your eyes. The ending is way even creepier it would be great to discuss the movie with those who have seen it (or will be seeing it after).

Just to give you a brief background , the movie capitalized on a European Wellness Spa setting.  Like all spa’s are like people go there to rejuvinate, meditate and reenergize.   However, the opposite happens in this place and nobody ever leaves!

Movie is directed by Gore Verbinski, along with an impressive cast that includes Dane DeHaan, Mia Goth and Jason Isaacs.  A Cure for Wellness” opens February 15 in cinemas nationwide from 20thCentury Fox to be distributed by Warner Bros.

Watch it!

Stay gorgeous everyone!
