1. Meralco (our Manila Electric Company) sucks! BIG TIME! and I agree with Senator Miriam Defensor’s rage when she said that that company should be bombed and I quote her exact words: “dahil yang Meralco na yan dapat pasabugin yan. Pugad yan ng mga sindikato. Mas grabe pa yan sa Bureau of Customs [because that Meralco should be bombed. It is a nest of syndicates. It’s worse than the Bureau of Customs].” News report about this can be found here.
We called a million times from their branch here and we got inconsistent answers when my sis called said they don’t accept power loss reports they only accept payment. When I called a guy told me that they have scheduled our area for repair that was after a million times of calls and that was at 10am. We even had to go to the mall to log-in an internet cafe so we can send Meralco a hellish e-mail to welcome their New Year. Immediately after the mail was sent my mom got a call from them apologizing , even called twice that night.
So yeah this New Years Eve was the first for us! We had to leave our home at 11:30PM to celebrate with my brother’s family instead. We left late because we were hopeful that the power will be back soon but to no avail. HAH!
2. These are my aunts with my mom. Aside from being sisters, they also have another one similar factor. They are all widowers!
Makes me wonder, do the women in our family outlives the men in our family? Hmmmm. Well, I think so, even at my father’s side all of his four sisters were widowers too. Scary thought!
3) Star City and we only got a little puppy.
4) Sis will be flying back again to Dubai tomorrow! Gonna miss her again!
7) January 30th I will be attending the Good Autism Practice Conference. If you are a parent, a teacher or a relative and want to know more about autism, I recommend you attend too.
8) The publisher of the magazine I was gonna write for e-mailed today asking for my article! Uhoh! Wasn’t able to write anything. But he said it’s ok he will wait for my articles when I’m ready!
9) It’s beginning to look like another exciting year for me 🙂 election coming soon, my daughter improving greatly, looks like we’re gonna move out soon, regularly write for a magazine and many for wonderful things, I won’t expect but just seize the day. Will let go easily and just ignore things that won’t hurt me or my daughter physically. What doesn’t kill me makes me stronger!

thanks for visiting my blog nga pala. super easy lang ung header ko, promise! i used PICASA (http://picasa.google.com). they have an improved “collage” feature that allows the kind of cascading that i did with mine. pwede rin mag-add ng watermark text sa mga photos. basta madami sya features. wala kasi akong tyaga mag-self study ng photoshop e kaya mga easy mode software lang ang gamit ko. gogogo!
