Every two minutes someone dies of cervical cancer, the second leading killer cancer of women here in the Philippines. But this is cancer is preventable, only if more women are aware. Vaccines and Pap Smear can protect you against the spread of human papilona virus (HPV) and lessen your chance to acquire this deadly disease that affects at least 50-80 percent of the women population.
Penetrative Intercourse is not necessary to become infected with HPV a skin-to-skin can infect you already. Condoms are not that effective from protecting you either.

Hi Anonymous (I wish I knew who you are :). That was info I got from one of the doctors I interviewed in the press con yesterday but does not want to be quoted but I had the video and voice clip. Of what she said but she refused to have it posted because there some rules about doctors not promoting certain brands.
Anyway, thanks for the input 🙂 appreciated.
Hi, just wanted to share that the bulk of cases of cervical cancer come from women of 40’s and not teenagers.
And the vaccine used to amount to as much as 6-7K per shot, however, this has been reduced further based on the price reduction campaign of GSK.
Currently, the vaccine is available in the Cancer Institute Foundation at a very low price.
