I don’t think a meal (Brunch or Supper) is complete without having deserts and good conversations. The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf (CBTL) takes this indulgence a notch higher by bringing in Discovery Travel and Living’s World Cafe Asia star Bobby Chinn.
Bobby has run several highly acclaimed restaurants in Vietnam before opening his own restaurant among them are Camargue, Saigon Joe’s in Ho Chi Minh City, Miro, and the Red Onion Bistro in the Hanoi Towers (formerly the infamous “Hanoi Hilton” prison). Now he owns his own Asian Fusion restaurant in Hanoi, Vietnam.
We had a bunch of deserts served to us while Bobby Chinn entertained us with his funny stories about his travels around the world which involved his experience being a chef and experience with the immigration and airport staff.

Among the deserts we sampled were Chicago Cheesecake, Camembert Oreo Cheese Tart, Choco Fudge, Warm Chocolate Cake, Lemon Squares and Triple Berry Coffee Cake that all were made to satisfy our sweet tooth.
The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf is located at TriNoMa, SM The Block, Gateway, Ortigas Park, Paseo Center, Bonifacio High Street, Mall of Asia, Convergys Ayala Avenue, Salcedo Village, Alabang Town Center, Rockwell, Robinson’s Ermita, Grreenhills Promenade, Robinson’s Galleria, eastwood, Tomas Morato
