A lifelong dream came true again because of blogging, thanks to Magsaysay Institute of Hospitality and Culinary Arts (MIHCA) for allowing us to invade their large kitchen and use all their kitchen tools and utensils. I was a Chef de Partie for a day during the Connoisseur Duels: The Grand Food Battle by Anchor and Yehey! Our team won the battle! We were given 1 hour to prepare a 3 course meal. An appetizer, the main dish and desert.
