With the warm weather we have here in the Philippines going for a hot bed therapy treatment seems like a bad choice, but believe me this one is a hot place you shouldn’t miss.
This is the first hot bed treatment is the first negative ion facility in the country originally from Japan. The facility was created by a Japanese engineer to ensure that everything is authentic.
The hot bed emits negative ions that is good for the body. Negative ions are said to help stabilize free radicals, thus preventing it from mutating in our body. Free radicals are believed to cause heart diseases, diabetes, arthritis and aging. Dr. Tan said this also helps improve performance for the males.
I’ve seen hot beds in Koreanovelas and we were told this was similar to that. The temperature is around 47 inside so its super hot. We took time to take photos before enjoying the hot bed.
The hot bed feels so good especially on your back. I almost fell asleep but the girls chatting away kept me awake, it was fun.
We were “baked” in the hot bed for 30 minutes! The lights were off the whole procedure.
Before going in the hot bed we were asked to drink a half cup of water to make sure we are hydrated. We were also provided with a cup of water while inside the hot bed to make sure we keep hydrated.
The hot bed treatment might cost around Php400.00 for 30 to 45 minutes. The hot bed is infused with negative ions.
I’ve never sweat this much in my entire life, the pajamas they provided were soaked, it’s not so obvious in the photo but I looked like I peed in my pants.
I love the effect of the hot bed despite the sweat I was blushing in a normal way which is really cool! I don’t need blush on anymore! Haha!
To show you how negative ions work, we were introduced to the capillary scope, an instrument that will show you how negative ions improve blood circulation.
I was happy to know that I am healthy, thanks to Dr. Eric Tan and the capillary scope. My screen showed me how healthy my blood circulation is ergo I am a healthy person despite all the stresses and sleepless nights!
Neil a tri-athlete, tried the capillary scope and showed his blood circulation is not that perfect, needs improvement. True enough his wife told me that he just recovered from a health problem which involved a lot of detoxification process and chiropractic procedures.
Aside from the hot bed treatment, Zenyu Eco Spa will have a jacuzzi with fish brought in from Turkey, for a up to neck Dr. Fish experience. This I got to try soon hopefully.
Dr. Tan also made us try some hawthorn berry juice before undergoing the spa treatment. He said two sips a day of this will benefit your health a lot. I’ll drink to that.
It smells like wine and taste like sweet apple juice. Bottoms up!
Zenyu Eco Spa would like to be know as one of the first ecofriendly day spas in the country that will offer a complete healing of the heart, mind and soul. Zenyu Eco Spa can be found inside Hotel H2O at the Manila Ocean Park in Manila.
I definitely recommend the hot bed treatment, it’s a great way to detoxify with negative ion infusion. Sweating is healthy and this place is the most convenient way to sweat. Try this now!
Stay gorgeous everyone!
