My dear friends,
I’m having email difficulties since Thursday night, I can’t access my Yahoo Mail. I’ve been talking to two different technical support agents since then but they were not able to resolve my issue because we always get disconnected. I tried to reach some friends who knows technical people from Yahoo! but I still haven’t heard from them. I also sent an email feedback to Yahoo! but all I got is that acknowledgement mail that they received my feedback and will get back to me in 24 hours.
This is already frustrating since I’m sure there are important emails that was sent since Thursday, so if you sent me an email that you need my reply please resend to earthlingorgeous (@) hotmail.com my temporary email until I fix my email problems with Yahoo. I’m not an email snob I always reply to email inquiries I get and to all invitation I get.
A PR friend just sent me an SMS asking why am I not replying to his email which was so unusual of me, he said. Now he knows.
All I wish is to recover some emails if they need me to go Yahoo Plus they can tell me so, the waiting is just so frustrating since I’ve tried all means to resolve the problem on my own and with their help (they have this Yahoo troubleshooting tips here, unfortunately the email loop problem is a common problem by Yahoo Mail users, too bad). To think they just recently launched their Yahoo Safety campaign 🙁
Its really frustrating because I’m able to access all my other accounts associated with Yahoo Mail and it shows I am logged in Yahoo but keeps looping back to the login page.
So again, if you sent me an email from Thursday last week February 10, 2011 to present please resend at earthlingorgeous (@) hotmail.com. Thank you !

Update:
I had a chat with another agent after this post. I was surprised to see the chat button open as soon as I hit the post button. The Yahoo Mail loop problem is a know issue that has no know solution yet as what I’ve gathered from the agent and that their Engineering team is working double time to find a solution. Ack. So it seems I won’t be using my Yahoo for a long long long time, too bad I had it since 1997 I’m loyal like that.

Another update 2/17/2011
I got my Yahoo Mail! back, FINALLY! After a week with 24 hours not attempting to log-in its back. Patience is a virtue. But a trust that was broken can’t be put back again like Humpty Dumpty’s shell. (Means I’m moving out!)

yeah I know, I’m just too stubborn and loyal at the same time haha! I’m so used with the interface I do hope that after this Yahoo Mail! will have a better system
And this is why I’ve switched to gmail a few years ago. I hate how Yahoo handles spam. I get the spam and the important mails go into the Bulk folder. What’s up with that??
