The Design Fusions Visions and Trends show for the Philippine Fashion Week Spring/ Summer 2012 collection featured 11 designers with Bo Parcon, Dax Bayani, Dimple Lim, Jaki Penalosa, Jot Losa, and Xernan Ortico for the Design Fusion Collection while Enrico Carrado, Joshua Guibone, Kenneth Chua, Regine Dulay and Roland Alzate for the Visions & Trends Collection
Enrico Carrado’s show reminded me of an Alexander McQueen fashion week show in Paris because of the masks he used as accessories for his show:
A lot of red and flower hats accentuated Jot Losa’s collection

Jackie Penalosa played with symmetrical lines and stripes

An oriental theme by Xernan Ortico

Architectural lines and curves by Joshue Guilbone

Something different and edgy from Dimple Lim

The collection from the Design Fusions Visions and Trends this year was not so much fashion forward compared to the past three PFW shows, I think the trend is tamed and toned.
