The first time I saw the new and improved Penshoppe Personal Care collection, most especially the lipstick, I was excited to try them out right away. I had a few trips at a couple of Penshoppe stores but I always end up looking at the amazing new pieces of clothes and accesories they have. That said, I was not able to play with the makeup. Good thing they sent over some and I’m glad the shade I got of the Penshoppe Rouge Collection Lip Shade Limited Edition is in Satire (they sent three of them! woot!).
Satire is in the deep red shade kinda almost plum but not.

- I love how pigmented it is. Color appears with just one swipe.
- It glides easily on the lips and is non-drying.
- I love that its not so shimmery and not so glossy.
- I love that packaging indicates expiry date. Not too many makeup products have such details on the packaging!
- Satire is the kind of red that is not so shocking but just the right of pow!
Do I recommend Penshoppe Rouge Collection Lip Shade Limited Edition?
I do. For Php199.00 it is very affordable, geez you can haul all the shades available and not feel that you overspend!
