Just recently I had a makeup workshop with P.A.C. (Professional Artist Cosmetics) and we played with their colored liquid eyeliner. Their head makeup artist taught us how to create an eye makeup look with an impact using their colored liquid eyeliners. After the bold lipstick color trend that hit the runways and street style for makeup last season, it is now time for the colored eye makeup trend. I’m sure you have seen someone walk by with an electric blue eyeliner on or a fuscia pink eye color accentuating her eyes.

every summer i wear colored liquid liners, my favorite colors to use are purple and turquoise!
Amazing! It took me awhile to appreciate liquid eyeliner. I had lots and lots of practice and after some time, I have come to appreciate it. liquid gives you a more polished look and even without eye primer, it stays put and is smudge-proof. I love the H&M liquid liner and that one from Boots

Agree, this is better than face paints for adults, especially for costume parties with a fantasy theme.
