“If you throw a pebble in the water it will make ripples. But the current will still find a way to correct it.”
This was one of the lines in the movie that stuck with me until the movie ended.
XMEN: Days of Future Past left me with a heavy heart until the end. Even if at the end faith and hope was all everyone have to move on and prevent something from happening, something that eventually will happen anyway no matter how hard we try to do things differently because that is how it was suppose to end.
Doing something differently, when you have the chance to do it will just either prolong the agony or the joy of the present. But still what was meant to happen in the end will happen eventually. Just like the younger Charles said “We will all die eventually.”
Anyway, I love the movie despite the darkness of it. Aesthetically it was visually stimulating, and fight scenes were heart pumping and dramatic.
I love the part that they were able to get all the original XMEN actors together. It was such a breathe of fresh air seeing all the original cast together. I missed them!
But I love Wolverin a.k.a Logan a.k.a Hugh Jackman the best 🙂
And yes, the hope lies, another Xmen movie is coming. GAMBIT!
Oh again a reminder, wait until the entire credits roll there’s a teaser to another movie, I don’t think it’s Xmen. Short but sweet teaser. Let me know if you know what movie it is.
Happy watching!
Thank You Solaire Resorts for having me at the Special Screening.
