What I think of it?
- The best eyeliner ever. It is so easy to draw on the eye area. The eye liner does not smudge-off or budge. It is water proof so I need not worry smearing it all over.
- Easily removed with an oil based eye makeup remover.
- The best past is that it smells like roses yet the scent is not harmful to the eyes.
