The fully renovated Exploreum at the SM Mall of Asia offers 118 child-friendly and all new-interactive exhibits placed in eight (8) major interactive galleries such as the Natural World, Human Adventure, Zoom, Connect, Cyberville, Space Camp, the Living Earth and Science Park.

For this summer, there are three (3) main attractions that will definitely give you more reasons to visit Exploreum.

Science on a Sphere or the SOS

While some think this big sphere is there for aesthetic purposes only, they are wrong. This globe , which is Exploreums Main Attraction presents more than just a nice photo background.

The Science on a Sphere or the SOS is the first in the Philippines and projects real-time, dynamic images of planets, climate change, ocean temperature, and even air traffic. The SOS is developed by the US government’s National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). Visitors can control the face of the sphere through a tablet provided by the gallery staff.

The DOME Theater
Is the only full-sized DOME Theater in the country. Formerly known as Planetarium, the Dome Theater is a 180-degree digital screen with advanced audio-visual system. It can seat up to 158 people and promises a photo-realistic experience through its clear-cut projections and remarkable surround sound. I was able to watch their latest feature The Star ! Amazing it made me feel like at one with the Cosmos ! It has different features of space, earth and beyond!
