Sales and marketing people are the life of every businesses, without them it will be imposible for a venture to succeed or sustain by itself.
The Hotel Sales and Marketing Association (HSMA) believe this is true especially with the now cutthroat business of the Hotel Industry. Because of that, the first Virtus Award was born to honor and pay tribute to the cream-of-the-crop of the Hotel Sales and Marketing people and put them in a pedestal for the future hoteliers to look up to and aspire said achievement.
I got acquainted with the HSMA people and some of the nominees of the prestigious award at a Japanese.Buffet Lunch in Yanagi at Midas Hotel in Roxas Blvd and both parties are excited to be part of the firsr ever Virtus Award.
“Being a nominee is already an honor,” quipped Eric from the marketing of Midas Hotel who is also nominated to recieve a Virtus Award for the Yanagi campaign for having Filipino Chefs serving Japanese dishes.
The Virtus Awards night will be happening on November 25,2015 at he New World Hotel Manila Bay. It will be a gathering of the best hoteliers jn the country and I am excited to find out who will be the first to be given the prestigious award.
