Do you want to start the sport and adventure of mountain bike trailing but don’t know where to go? Do you want to know how to ride a bike? This place is for you.

I’ve been contemplating on getting a bigger bike, specifically a mountain bike for years now.  But since I don’t know where to take my bike and who to bike with I delayed my plans.  Fortunately I discovered Camp N Incubator Trail and Bike Hub in Laguna and I couldn’t be so much happier knowing they offer bike clinics for both beginners and intermediate riders in there.  Not just that they offer bike rentals for those who don’t have it yet.  Plus they also offer bike tours around the 2,290 hectare Nuvali landscape. The tour goes through the bird sancturary trails and dirt roads along the property!  Exciting right?

The Incubator Trail and Bike Hub offer beginner bike clinics (B1: Scoot to Pedal and Brake, Lean and Turn)  that teaches basic bike safety, bike parts, proper riding techniques, shifting and hurdling obstacles.  Intermediate clinics (B2: Mountain Bike and Trail Riding) include lessons in riding pumps, hops and cornering techniques among others.

I took the mountain bike and trail riding lessons because I’ve always wanted to do it but don’t know where it is safe to go mountain biking (I lived in the city all my life and we all know how dangerous and non biker friendly our roads are here!)

It was good that we were taught the basic parts of a mountain bike and was given test ride. The test ride was so we can build our confidence on a mountain bike.

All the clinic fees include bike and helmet rentals and a dedicated instructor. Additional equipment such as knee pads, elbow pads, and gloves are available for rent.  They charge Php750.00 for 1 person, Php600.00 for 2 persons, Php550.00 for 3 persons, Php500 for 4 persons and Php475.00 for 5 persons for B1 lessons.  While the B2 lessons is Php700.00 for 1 person, Php550.00 for 2, Php500.00 for 3 persons, Php475.00 for 4 persons and Php450 for 5 persons . Lessons are good for 1 hour.

As a premiere incubator hub and team-building space, Camp N featurs thrill-based and skill-based facilities designed to tests one’s limits.

Camp N trail is filled with dips, bridges, and obstacles that are designed to test and train bikers’ abilities. The trails have traffic and information signs to guide the riders. There’s White zone or Very Easy, Green Zone or Easy and Blue Zone or Moderate.

When we did the Mountain Bike and Trail Riding we went to the Green Zone and finished 3 trails .  I was told there were 5 trails to conquer!  I was able to survive the ride without any injury!

Achievment unlocked!  I think I will go back here again and try to finish all the trails plus go along the bike tours as the bird sanctuary intrigues me!

Who can take biking lessons?  They require bikers to be at least 7 years old.

If you don’t have a bike don’t worry you can rent there you just need to surrender a government ID when renting. All runners and bikers should wear rubber and running shoes.

Where is Camp N and how to get there?
To get to Nuvali, private vehicles can get off at the Mamplasan, Sta. Rosa Eton-Greenfield, Silangan or Canlubang exit along South Luzon Expressway (SLEX). Public transporation to Nuvali is available from major jump-offs such as Makati, Bonifacio Global City and Balibago.
