Now that the Philippine summer is over, its back to staying indoors as much as possible if you don’t want to get drenched or get sick because of the erratic rainy days season. If you are like me who feels restless sitting in one corner doing nothing then taking up some activity you can do indoors is something you might want to try out.
Last Saturday, I was invited at the Electrolux Delightful-E Yummy Kitchen Class where I learned delightful things in the kitchen I can apply at home. Just like how to keep my food fresh and preparing easy, affordable, quick and healthy recipes at home for my family.

UP Diliman Professor Maria Carmela Taob, a nutritionist demonstrated how the Electrolux NutriFresh refrigerator is equipped with NutriLight System, a system of patented LED lights that helps improve and retain the vitamin content of yor food by simulating sunlight.

Chef Rosebud Benitez-Velasco showed us how to prepare time saving and energy saving meals using the Electrolux Induction cooking range. In less that 15 minutes she was able to make mouth-watering Potato Chip Crusted Chicken Tenders and Tuna Fettuccini with Sun Dried Tomato which I personally love and will do soon!

Janice Villanueva of Mommy Mundo made some healthy green smoothies that are surprisingly tasty in no time using the Electrolux Powermix Silent Blender.

While Lourdes Labii of Nanay Lunches with Love showed us how to put some creativity in putting together our kids lunch boxes and make sure our kids eat their meal by making creative bento box meal, an activity that we can also do with our kids!

This is just one of the Delightful-E Yummy campaigns Electrolux is doing to stress the importance of bonding moments with the family you can do in the kitchen, says Andrea Pionilla, Electrolux Marketing Manager.
