Hi sarah, thanks for visiting my blog, I was told about the said allowance but had no chance to go and apply for it. Do tell if you are able to get one for your kids, I have heard they offer but never had anyone said they are getting the allowance. Will appreciate your feedback.
Hello there Earth ! I was trying to look for a more updated post on autism but it seems this was the latest one. I already visited your other blog and saw you got an advocacy award about it. I also saw Janette Toral who is my husband’s client way back.
You mentioned your take about our government’s financial support on PWDs. I am not sure if your lovely daughter Tasha already has a PWD ID and if she gets an allowance from your local government. I have 3 kids with special needs , two having autism. Last month the parents of Pasay City Sped went to Pasay City Hall and had a dialogue with the mayor. Since my kid studies there the principal had required us if we wanted our kids to receive an allowance from the local government budget. You may want to inquire about this with your locality or visit Autism Society of the Philippines for more information.
yeah me too 🙂
wow. can’t wait for tasha to participate and be the star of activities such as this!
