It’s always best to find a qualified realtor to assist you, especially with regards to dealing with financial agencies that grants housing loans. The San Antonio Realtors are a good example of what a Realtor should be. They are experienced and professionals who knows what they are doing and knows how to please their clients.
I was kind of disappointed with the Realtor we hired to process my sisters housing loan for the condominium she want to purchase. She obviously was new at the job because she didn’t know much about the requirements needed. Because of her lack of knowledge she had to ask for new documents she needed to process the papers to the point that she is already annoying.
If she an experienced Realtor she would have had foresight and have listed all the possible documents she would need and have my sister provide all of them at a certain deadline at once so that she didn’t have to ask for documents every time she needed them.
