Hi Jam, not sure if its the pills or something else. Pero things to consider napuyat ka ba or laging napupuyat or kumain ka ba before taking those pills? personally i think its better to divide the intake to 2 in the morning and 2 at night not sabay sabay and then the vit C sa gabi. If your headache persist consult a doc na. Don’t take pills or meds with an empty stomach.
