The biggest and most glamorous event in Hollywood calendar just concluded earlier with more than 200 stars marched in the red carpet. And as usual, aside from knowing who the winner was, I watched to window shop for the best and the worst dressed stars and which dress would I like to wear for myself.
Forrest green, sparkle and long sleeve gowns were the strongest fashion statement in the red carpet at the Golden Globe Awards 2011 .
But before we go to the dresses, let me congratulate Natalie Portman for winning the Best Actress Award for her awesome portrayal in the movie The Black Swan and Colin Firth for the movie The King Speech in the 2011 Golden Globe Award.
Paul Giamatti for the comedy Barney’s Version and Annette Bening for the lesbian comedy The Kids Are All Right, which also took the prize for best comedy. Best Drama went to The Social Network, which also took the prizes for best director, for David Fincher. Aaron Sorkin’s screenplay for the same film also won him a Golden Globe.
Natalie Portman really looks like a winner dressing up her baby bump in a Victor+Rolf frock.
Glee won the Best Television Series Comedy or Musical and Lea Michelle looks so lovely in her pastel pink ruffled Oscar Dela Renta gown.
Other awards included Toy Story 3 for Best Animated Feature,.
Sandra Bullock wore a dreamy dress by Jenny Packham and she’s rockin’ that Jane Birkin Bang!
January Jones is oozing hot in her red Versace dress
Angelina Jolie nods to three of the evening’s strongest trends—forest green, long sleeves, and sparkle—with this retro-Hollywood Atelier Versace look.
Anne Hathaway was very glamorous, elegant and sexy at the same time as she wore a paillette-embellished Armani Privé gown.
Catherine Zeta-Jones wears a green Monique Lhuillier gown! Would have been nice if Regine Velazquez red wedding gown was as elaborate as this one 😛
Nicole Kidman
Claire Daines
Mandy Moore
Scarlet Johansen
Michelle Williams Valentino frock is so sweet, a good pair with hair pixie hair!
Julianne Moore
I love what Leighton Meester was wearing a
Burberry Prorsum version.
There’s so many nice dresses in there and I wish I can post them all here. Anyway, which outfit you dig most?
Stay gorgeous everyone!

I liked Anne Hathaway’s gown. The worst for me is Michelle Williams’ gown. It’s too simple.
i like Catherine Zeta-Jones’ gown…
because the color of the year is Honeysuckle a shade of pink that is not as loud as the hot pink/fuscia
Catherine Zeta-Jones is stunning!
I love Natalie Portman’s! So pretty isn’t it? And why is pink dominant?
