I’ve been living in Metro Manila all my life, so whenever I get the chance to have a quick weekend getaway, Tagaytay will always be one of my favorite places. Aside from just only a few hours away from the Metro it is one of the coolest destination in the Philippines you can go to. Tagaytay City is considered as one of the top tourist destination in the country because it has a nice view of one of the World’s Most Active Volcano, Taal Volcano, and a nice view of Taal Lake. It will be a dream come true if I could actually have a property there, a rest house I can stay every weekend of my life and beyond my retirement age.
Just recenly, Avida Land invited us what a Monday feels like in Tagaytay. It was totally different from what it is like in Metro Manila, it was not crowded, or over-populated, there was no traffic jams, it was very peaceful and very country like! We had lunch at the popular Bag of Beans and had a pampering session at one of the most famous spa haven in the area, Nurture Spa Village .
But before that sweet Monday retreat, we had a stop-over at the location of the soon to rise Asilo Tagaytay – Avida Land’s first ever vacation home development in the country.

- Studio (22-30 sq.m.) – Php2.0M – Php2.5M
- 1 Bedroom (40 sq.m.) – Php4.2M – Php4.6M

Here’s a sneak preview of the model units and floor plan: Studio

For more information about Asilo Tagaytay – your upcoming vacation home please visit avidaland.com or call (+632) 848-5200 (within Metro Manila) or 1-800-10 848-5200 (outside Metro Manila). If I win the lottery soon I’d buy a 1 or 2 bedroom unit right away! The studio type is perfect for single ladies and bachelors though.
Stay gorgeous everyone!

I want to own an Ayala condo. It’s well-designed, well-maintained, and wow… just sooo nice to live in.
True! I think there are many nice places in the Philippines that is a nice venue for a vacation home or retirement home
Good to hear vacation home trends are finally catching up on the Philippines. We love the idea of enjoying the combined comfort of home and hotel during getaways. vacation rental homes are much cheaper and more spacious – perfect for family holidays
