As is common with so many types of apparel familiar to the American people, overalls started out as a garment for workers. Something else common to most is the familiar Dickies brand name. Dickies has been supplying America’s workers with quality work wear since 1918 when C.N. Williamson and E.E. Dickie opened their U.S. Overall Company in Bryan, Texas.
