I’ve been meaning to get curly hair since 2013 started. However, I have this fear that the salon will not achieve the kind of soft sexy sultry waves I wanted. You know, the kind of hairstyle those Korean pop culture icons wear all the time? I fear that they will give me back that super ugly kinky curls I hated I got when I first got my hair permed when I was 8 years old!
Before going to the salon, they gave us Korean hair style peg options.
Korean City Style 1: Gangnam Style
And so I went to Bangs Tony & Jackey Beauty Salon at Timog Avenue, just across the Scout Circle monument. I was introduced to the owner of the salon and to their senior hairstylist and senior training head for the Korean hairstyle at Bangs Tony and Jackey, Ms.Mika. Mika is a native Korean just like most of their professional hair staff that is why L’Oreal Professionel selected their salon to be their partner in introducing the Korean City Style in the Philippines.
Tada! Achieve! I’m wearing the Busan style!
L’Oreal Professionel X-Tenso Moisturist, L’Oreal Professionel Dulcia Advanced, Elnett Spray, Techni.art Crysta Gloss, Techni.art full volume mousse, Techni.art Playball Density Material and Techni.Art Playball, and Mythic Oil
The L’Oreal Professionnel Korean City Style hair texture collection that highlights the perming technologies of X-Tenso moisturis and Dulcia Advaned to give give dull hair a volumized boost. This product duo provides great results through a hybrid technology that smoothens and treats the hair at the same time, thus nourishing every hair fiber without the fear of damaged.
They also thought us proper care and hair maintenance for our digitally permed hair using the above products I’ll post about them later.
So, wanna get Korean?
Stay gorgeous everyone!
