What I Learned from the #Blogopolis 2013 #IntoTheWild by Nuffnang Philippines at Hotel Intercontinental Manila

Somebody asked which was better, Blogopolis or Blogapalooza.  I will have to say no comparison needed.  I’ve been to the first Blogapalooza and I just attended my first Blogopolis and I must say they are completely different in substance and form.

Blogopolis is all about learning, sharing , recognizing and meeting digital leaders/ online influencers in the Philippines.   Blogapalooza is bringing business people / company who wants to tap bloggers/blogs for the online presence of their brands.

All I can say is that I definitely enjoyed the Blogopolis Into The Wild blog event as I have learned so much from it.  One of the most notable things I learned was about a media kit , what’s inside, and why you need to grow your blog’s business and maintain your blogging signature/style.  I am glad I attended Blogopolis because this is something I really want to do for the longest time but have no idea how to do it.

the science of a blog media kit

I commend Nuffnang Philippines for bringing together almost all of the influential people online and for having a very organized program with lotsa prizes, food and booze at the end of the day during the Nuffie Awards Night.

Now I will let the photos do the talking.:  Digital Spidey Raffy Pedrajita have an extensive photo coverage of the event you may take a look at the albums he created here: https://www.facebook.com/digitalspidey

Oh yeah some said the Blogopolis is too expensive for an ordinary blogger because there’s a conference fee of Php1,500.00 but well all proceeds from ticket sales was donated to for YolandaPH survivors via RedCross ReliefPH. It was a full-house I tell you, overflowing in fact.

Were you at Blogopolis or Blogapalooza?

Wherever you were all that matters is you enjoyed and momentarily take your mind away from all the stress because of the recent events in the country!

Stay gorgeous everyone!
