World Youth Day January 1995 here in Manila was the day I met, touched and blessed by Pope John Paul II . I braced the sea of people just to get on stage to meet him face-to-face and I did! It was one of the best 5 minutes of my life! It was my birthday week too. Now he will be a Saint! I can’t believe I was blessed by a Saint! I am definitely one of the luckiest person in the world! Thank you Universe!
I have memorabilias of WWD infact some of them were in an exhibit when Pope John Paul was announced to be included in those who will be cannonized. My memorabilias were precious haha! It is actually a diary with pictures. Yes even back then I “blog”. I love documenting everything because I have poor memory.
In that journal I told the entire story in my carabao Englis how I get to see the Saint John Paul 2 face-to-face palm-to-palm!
