Freeway Art NACS Launch Bienvenido Lumbera Collection

Freeway is one of the few fashion line in the country that promotes Philippine culture and history. One of the ways they show their love for our country is through the Freeway Art National Artist Collector’ Series (NACS). They launched their 9th Freeway Art NACS Collection featuring Biemvenido Lumbera, National Artist for Literature

Lumbera taught Literature, Philippine Studies and Creative Writing at the Atebeo de Manila University, De La Salle University, University of the Philippines and University if Sto.Tomas and he became a professor of Philippine Studies at Osaka University of Foreign Studies in Japan from 1985-1988.

At the launch held last Tuesday at The Row Glorietta 3 in Makati, a tribute was given to him with his favorite artist Gloc9! They sat side by side and he even sand along while they perform!
