I’ve been observing this past week that that my internet connection is fluctuating during office hours, like my down time starts at either 9am to 5pm or 10am-6pm. I am only able to connect because I can be very persistent, I feel like I am pirating my own broadband signal during this hours.
Also what I noticed is my net speed went down from 100mbs to 10mbs, what happened to the 90mbs. Yup time for customer complaint again. Yeah, I always complain, actually my net company is already very familiar about me. And when they send out service men to fix my connection, different personnel most of the time, “Wow, Ma’am you have a long history with us.”
“Well, yeah!” I remark ,“but I can be very loyal, forgiving and patient at times.”
I have no complaints about the good customer service they have at Smart Broadband. They take every complaint seriously, or maybe because I can be a pest sometimes, especially during the first two months I had their service installed, they were here like almost everyday.
Yeah I can be patient, I understand that because when I had my net installed not many company caters to our area. I live in a suburb where trees abound especially around my neighborhood. You can even hear birds chirping along everyday, especially in the morning.
The service has been good, until just recently when my cables broke for reasons I do not know, the service is free. I guess it’s included in the fixed monthly rate I pay. Anyway, right now I am pissed. I’ve been trying to e-mail them since last week but messages failed because of my intermittent connection, and I get impatient and didn’t mind sending. But now, I am very very very angry! Grrrrrrr! What the hell is this! Net connection goes down at 9am to 5pm or 10am-6pm.
I know the “keywords” to get the attention of the customer service and the customer complaints department. See customer service pay attention to get a good rank in their service satisfaction rating. One really bad complaint and their rating goes down very low despite good performance.
Keywords to use when filing an e-mail complain is, unsatisfied, discontented, unhappy, displeased with your poor service. Any of those words used in a customer complaint and their alarm goes off and your complaint goes straight to the higher authorities making your complaint the first priority. 😀 Don’t make me do this, again!
