This was one of the saddest sight I ever have to see in my entire life. My daughter undergoing an EEG test (neuro test). But the saddest was the result showing she has epileptiform discharges most prevalent when she is asleep. Meaning, aside from her autism she also has epilepsy (but the doctor has prescribed medication she will have to take for 2 years straight). Out of 7 children having autism only one of them is female. My child was the lucky one. Such innocence, such beautiful child. All I could ask is “Why?”
Then some might ask why do I have to share these pictures. One for awareness, for myself and everyone about this condition, which is the key to understanding. Two, acceptance that she is already in this state that no use beating my head on the wall about the why’s. Three, to let it all go all my fears and confusion and do something.

That is a sad moment, to find such things out. But on the other hand, it’s also a good thing, because now she can get treatment…
Good luck, and thanks for the comment…
That had to be not just sad, but scary too. Thank you for sharing this moment.
Poor little thing. She has your love, though, and that’s wonderful.
Thank you for your comment on my entry.
