2011 Movies To Watch

Here are the coming soon movies from 20th Century Fox in 2011:

1. Gulliver’s Travels, a heartwarming family 3D comedy will be the first to hit the theaters in January 8, 2011 staring Jack Black in the movie “Gulliver’s Travels”.



2. Love & Other Drugs , a romance drama movie staring Anne Hathaway and Jake Gyllenhaal.
3. 127 Hours , a movie starring James Franco is a hard-hitting reality movie based on the true story of adventurer Aron Ralston during the hiker’s harrowing quest for survival after losing an arm to a fallen rock and the grueling five-day ordeal that finally ended with his rescue.



4. Black Swan , the psychological-horror movie which gave Natalie Portman a Golden Globe Award Nomination.



5. Never Let Me Go, a movie adaptation from a 2005 novel of Kazuo Ishiguro by the same name starring Andrew Garfield, Carey Mulligan and Kiera Nightly .



6. Today’s Disney princess Selena Gomez goes on a trip with the stunning Leighton Meester in Monte Carlo. The movie follows a girl and her best friend who travel to Paris, accompanied by her future, uptight stepsister. When one of the girls is mistaken for a spoiled British heiress, they are caught up in a whirlwind of attention and find themselves going on a dream vacation to Monte Carlo.



7. Bad boy Martin Lawrence and Brandon Jackson (“Percy Jackson”) team up as mom and daughter in Big Mommas: Like Father, Like Son as undercover agents FBI Agent Malcolm Turner and Trent at an all-girls’ school for the arts.



8. The humorous saga of middle school student Greg Heffley continues in Diary of a Wimpy Kid 2: Rodrick Rules.
9. Anna Faris brings the house down with Chris Evans in the romantic comedy What’s Your Number? as a woman who looks back at the past twenty men she’s had relationships with in her life and wonders if one of them might be her one true love.
10. OMG! X-Men: First Class takes us when Charles Xavier and Erik Lensherr were two young men discovering their powers for the first time before they respectively took the names Professor X and Magneto.
11. The flight of a rare bird specie named Blu in the kid-friendly family pic Rio featuring the voices of Anne Hathaway and Jesse Eisenberg takes off on a colorful journey from Minnesota where Blu is a family pet.



12. The Sitter stars Jonah Hill and Sam Rockwell in an all-out trip comedy about a college student on suspension who is tricked into babysitting the kids next door who is fully unprepared for the eccentric night ahead of him with two boys and a wild 8 year-old girl.
13. Rise of the Apes is an origin story set in present day San Francisco, where man’s own experiments with genetic engineering lead to the development of intelligence in apes and the onset of a war for supremacy starring James Franco, Freida Pinto, John Felton, Brian Cox and Tom Felton.
14. Jim Carrey inherits an unfathomable loot of six penguins in Mr. Popper’s Penguins. Co-starring Carla Gugino, Carrey’s life of a businessman begins to change after the inheritance as he transforms his apartment into a winter wonderland eventually unraveling his real professional talent.

I’m excited to see X-Men: First Class, Black Swan and Love & Other Drugs among the 2011 movie line up from 20th Century Fox.
