Just toclarify things out, Sarah Jessica Parker was in the Philippines for The SM Store and their Love To Shop campaign and not for the SM Aura Premiere. The SM Department Store we all love to shop in any SM Malls nationwide got a makeover giving birth to the new concept of the SM Store in which SJP was chosen to endorse.
In line with this Love To Shop Campaign, Sarah Jessica Parker had a photo shoot wearing items that can be found in the SM Store and this is what you will see in all SM Stores from now on.
This fabulous look was put together by Sarah’s stellar glam team!
Hair: Andy LeCompte
Make-up: Leslie Lopez
Styling: Tracy Cox
The campaign was shot by the fabulous international photographer Daniela Federici!
As the new face of the SM Store, SJP brings to Manila her love of shopping as expressed in her incredible fashion style. She has been known to be experimental in her fashion choices – which range from elegant designer gowns to casual street fashion and even sportswear – mixing and matching and looking fabulous.
Her collaboration with SM Store in its Love to Shop campaign is a perfect fit, as her personal style celebrates the SM Store’s passion for fashion, as well as its wide assortment of merchandise. SJP is a fashion inspiration for Manila’s stylish set, as she is one of the very few Hollywood personalities that could pick anything in the store, expensive or affordable, and look awesome. And most of all, many Filipinos can identify with her, as like them, she loves to shop.
I was one of the lucky few who was able to mingle and meet the Hollywood A-lister, fashion icon, Sarah Jessica Parker a.k.a. Carry Bradshaw from Sex and the City.
Here’s more photo of her and me at the ribbon cutting of the SM Store at SM Aura Premiere and also during the press conference:

Oh, a little trivia that did not come out in the press that much, Ms. Sarah Jessica Parker donated US$100,000.00 for the poor kids of Taguig City through SM Foundation. That’s a lot of money to put kids in school and feed those who are hungry. Take note of that Taguig City Government and talk to the SM Foundation peeps to coordinate and make good use of this fund.
Stay gorgeous everyone!
Thanks Azrael Coladilla of Azrael’s Merryland for taking my photos!
