Belo Kojic Acid + Tranexamid Acid Intensive Whitening Body Cream Review

Because of my skin color, I get bullied a lot. I’m being name-called as Negra, Ita, Kutis Mahirap, Dugyot, Ulikba and all derogatory terms you can associate with those with dark skin tone. While I am not that super dark, I was not as fair/light skinned as the colonial mentality standards Filipino’s grew up with.

I am sure I am not alone in this experience. A lot of Filipa get’s insecure with their morena skin tone, this is why whitening products are a big thing here in the Philippines. Filino women wants to boost their confidence by lightening their skin tone.

While my skin has lighten (but I’m not that super tisay just a few shades light from before) over the years of using different beauty products against sun exposure and has whitening ingredients.

What I think of it?
It smells so sweet!
The cream makes the skin look luminous upon application.
The cream gets easily absorbed by the skin.
It leaves the skin feeling so soft and smooth as silk!
Don’t apply too much as exposure to the sun and too many makes it feel a bit greasy and sticky. Maybe because of the SPF content and the kojic x tranexamic acid?
I don’t think I can get more lighter than I already am (unless I do bleaching and glutha injections) But what is remarkable about this product is that it evens-out the skin tone.

Do I recommend it?
Those who are high on whitening and enjoyed the Belo Kojic Soap, then you should get this one too to compliment the Belo Kojic Soap if you are already using some of the products in the line of Belo Intensive Whitening range!
