Last week I got a good news that the pledge I made for that healthy living campaign won the daily raffle . I won an iPhone/ iPod dock with Clock from Philips. My pledge was to use sunblock as often as I could to protect my skin from the harmful rays of the sun. Well, at my age I should be very extra careful with my skin against sun exposure. I’m not young as I used to and the evidence of prolonged exposure can mean wrinkles and age spots which is something I don’t want to see, yet!
As you know the sun gives out three types of rays: UVA, UVB, and UVC. UVC rays from sun can’t get through the ozone layer but UVA and UVB can. UVA can cause wrinkles, and UVB Can cause sunburn and skin cancer. glad to know about celeteque i’ve got some problems too on my face. I am not allowed to go out in the sun with my just my bareface. i needed to put sun protection also. great post!
